• Dear Supplier, good afternoon! The Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization - PAHO/WHO is an International Public Health Organization, linked to the UN System - United Nations, dedicated to improving policy conditions and health services in the countries of the Americas. PAHO/WHO requests a commercial proposal for the services whose descriptions are attached. Reference: REQ26-00000702 Service: Layout, graphic publishing and XML markup services for publication Epidemiology and Health Services: SUS magazine (RESS). In addition to proving the ability to perform the services described in the Terms of Reference attached, please note that the following items must be explicitly included in your proposal, together with the necessary evidence: Proof of experience (≥5 years) in: layout and editing of articles; SciELO XML markup/conversion; review of scientific texts in Portuguese; Vancouver standardization — with certificates, samples and certificates. Own and permanent team — formally declare that they do not outsource any steps (as required in the TR). Operational capacity for ≥5 manuscripts/week, including graphic elements, supplementary materials and linked opinions (up to 5 per article).
