The justification for the present hiring is based on the need to ensure the delivery of the work, and safely and effectively the use for the development of school activities in the community of Pedra Solta village, where the standard FNDE unit work is seriously compromised severely access to basic education. This situation directly impacts students, teachers and families, requiring immediate public administration to mitigate the negative effects of the interruption of the work. In addition, hiring seeks to safeguard the public investment already performed, avoiding deterioration of the partially executed structure and possible losses arising from administrative inaction.
