- Dear all, The office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Brazil invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the conclusion of a contract FOR THE SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE WARAO COMMUNITY TO JANOKO, CANTÁ/RR, as detailed in Annex A - Terms of Reference (TOR), in the Invitation to bid ITB/BRA/2025/005 and other annexes. UNHCR may award contracts to one or more winning bidders with an initial duration of 9 (nine) months, potentially extendable for an additional period of 6 (six) months. The winning bidder(s) must maintain the quoted prices for the duration of the contract. UNHCR will organize an ONLINE pre-bid conference on 17 November 2025 at 3pm, Boa Vista/RR time, with the aim of guiding suppliers on how to register on the UNHCR online platform to send proposals and clarify doubts. A maximum of two representatives per company is allowed. Participation of the company at the conference, along with the names and contact details of company representatives, must be communicated at least two business days in advance by email to brabrsupply@unhcr.org.
