Hiring a company specialized in the elaboration of architectural projects for public buildings in general (new buildings, extensions and renovations). Being the same responsible for the surveydata, images, measurements and existing materials. Must follow the projects: internal lighting project and external specific points; Descriptive Memorial of Materials and Constructive Steps; Relationship (quantitative) of all items and services to be employed in their construction; PresentationTechnical Responsibility Annotation (Art or RRT); The building architectural design must contain at least: 3D perspective facade; Squad table; 03 cuts; 02 elevations; Floor plan of all floors; implantation; Situation plant; Statistics; coverage plant.
