PURPOSE: Electronic Auction - Hiring of a specialized legal entity in the provision of outpatient and hospital care services with obstetrics, physiotherapy, psychological and pharmaceutical in hospitalization, laboratory and diagnosis and treatment assistant, through health plan ofnational coverage, to all employees of CRT-04, active and inactive, who may adhere, or not, in the scope and coverage conditions established by the plan eventually chosen by them.From 05/21/2025 to 08:00
Hiring of a specialized legal entity in the provision of outpatient and hospital care services with obstetrics, physiotherapy, psychological and pharmaceutical in hospitalization, laboratory and diagnostic and treatment assistant, through health plannational coverage, to all employees of CRT-04, active and inactive, who may adhere, or not, in the scope and coverage conditions established by the plan eventually chosen, among those contracted, through a cash consideration with monthly fees.Pre-determined by age group (according to ANS regulations) and 50% (fifty percent) co-participation in consultations, examinations and outpatient procedures limited to co-participation (franchise) of up to R $ 350.00 (three hundred and fifty reais) for each procedure, for the maintenance of the beneficiaryregistered, according to conditions, quantities and requirements established in notice and attachments.
