Notice from 08/30/2021 from 08:00 to 12:00 HS and from 13:00 to 17:00 Hs Delivery of the proposal: from 04/30/2021 at 08:00 p.m. DNA sequences, and can be PCR product (purified or not purified) or plasmids. Sanger type sequencing, with sequences with at least 900 nucleotides and accuracy of 99% or more (Q20 or higher). It includes the execution of the sequencing reaction, with standard primers available by the service provider, or specific primers provided by the client. Samples should be sent on 96-well plates, at least 48 samples / plate, or in microtubes, if in less amount, with or without mixed primers. In case of low quality sequence, due to technical failure, the client may request free repeat of the sequencing race of the sample in question, up to 10% of the initial application, without the need for refusing the sample.
