In addition to the provision of nodes and other components necessary for its perfect operation, the solution will cover delivery services, planning, installation, configuration, activation, replication and migration of the logical storage environment, software licensing with All features and protection against Ransomware, as well as 24x7 technical support (twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week) and updates for a period of 60 (sixty) months, under the terms of the Notice and its Attachments.
