For identification of RNA viruses or methagenomic DNA from samples of animal source. Sequencing should be performed from previously extracted DNA or RNA samples, or cDNA samples obtained through degenerate oligonucleotides from total RNA extracted from the animal array. The service should include quality control of the samples with quantification, purity evaluation and integrity. It also includes the library preparation, all quality controls with real-time PCR quantification or other methodology and size assessment of inserts.
