Hiring a specialized company to provide solid waste collection services (home, commercial and public) in the municipality of Catanduvas/PR, with transportation to the landfill duly licensed, intended for environmentally appropriate final disposal, according to the collection schedule previously defined by the competent municipal secretary. The execution of the services should be performed with a team composed of 01 (one) driver and 02 (two) collectors, using the use of 01 (one) Truck Truck Compactor, endowed with waste compactor equipment with minimum capacity to 15m³ (fifteen cubic meters) of waste, total insurance coverage, in perfect operating conditions, with preventive and corrective maintenance under the entire responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. The fuel supply will be the responsibility of the CONTRACTING PARTY, and the CONTRACTOR should ensure the availability of a substitute vehicle in cases of failure, crashes or malfunction of the main truck, thus ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of the provision of services, as provided for in the Principles of efficiency and continuity of public service established by current legislation.
