Hiring a specialized company service for layout, printing and customization of 120,000 (one hundred and twenty thousand) forms for reading in software, with variable data, of the Answer Card type (front) and Writing Sheet (back), 2x2 colors in offset ink, paper size 21.0 cm wide x 29.7 cm high (A4 size). The paper must be white, with a weight of 120 g/m2, for interpretation in the mark reading system software (OMR), QR Code, bar code and texts (OCR), which eliminates the use of optical readers, just a common scanner to digitize the images and then process them.
