Service for the preparation of the Municipal Social Assistance Plan of the Municipality of Dois Vizinhos-PR, a document that will guide the actions of public social assistance policy in the period from 2026 to 2029, in line with the Organic Law of Social Assistance (Law No. 8,742/1993), the National Social Assistance Policy (PNAS/2004) and the Basic Operational Standards of SUAS (NOB-SUAS and NOB-RH/SUAS). The plan must be constructed in a participatory manner, involving managers, workers, users and representatives of the Municipal Council of Social Assistance (CMAS), ensuring social control and democratic management, in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Fight Against Hunger (MDS). The work will cover the following stages: - Detailed situational diagnosis of social assistance policy, with collection of socioeconomic data, physical structure, human and financial resources, and social assistance network (public and private). - Systematization of indicators from SUAS, CadUnico and other official data sources. - Analysis of supply and demand for basic and social protection services special. etc.
