TRAINING REGULATORY STANDARD 10: - 40-hour face-to-face course as per Annex III of the NR. - The course must be taught within the municipality of SaoMiguel do Iguacu, in an appropriate location that will be defined in common agreement with the company. - The company must offer all the necessary equipment to run the course (including PPE, overhead projector, notebook, etc.); - the company must present the attendance list to the contract inspector at the end of the cbear; - the company must provide a digital and printed certificate.
