Hygiene/Cleaning and conservation of air filters, diffusers, grilles and accessories; interior of air handling cabinets, including coils, volutes and rotors of fans and condensate tray; condensate drainage system. Cleaning evaporators and condensers. Air conditioning devices from the brands CONSUL, FUJITSU, KOMECO, SAMSUNG, GREE, PHILCO, ELECTROLUX, SPRINGER, TEMPSTAR, HITACHI, MIDEA, AGRATTO (Split and Window) Capacity between 7,500 at 12,000BTUs. After cleaning, the Contractor must issue a report proving the effectiveness of the service performed. In places where work at height is necessary, the Contractor must follow the recommendations of NR 35 of the Ministry of Labor. The Contractor must, within a period of up to 48 hours after opening the call by the Contracting Party, carry out a technical visit and, within a maximum period of 72 hours, carry out the service. If defects/problems are identified in the device that prevent repair, the Contractor must issue a technical report.
