Description:
Hiring a financial, public or private institution to operate the services and management of credits from the payroll of the active servers of the Itauna/MG City Council, uniquely, without burden to the contractor, for a period of 12 (twelve) months, and may be extended according to the CONTRACTING PARTY and in accordance with the provisions of the caput. Article 57, IV of Law No. 14,133/2021. All employees and employees of the City Council of Itauna/MG, active, will be assured the right to transfer the amounts deposited to another account to another account of Different banking institution and of which they are holders, at no cost, pursuant to Resolution No. 3,402/2006 of the Central Bank.
