Object: Electronic Auction - Hiring a company specialized in telecommunications services, which has a grant from ANATEL National Telecommunications Agency, to provide Personal Mobile Telephony services (SMP Personal Mobile Service), through 4G technology (minimum) through the digital system postpaid, in local (VC1), long distance (VC2 and VC3), with unlimited Local and National calls and international roaming... PLAN (Service Package) with provision of SIMCARDS or ESIM 4G (at least) or 5G (whenever available for the location), with the following characteristics and functionalities: 1) Make and receive unlimited mobile and fixed mobile voice calls (VC1, VC2 and VC3) to any operators in Brazil (Using the long-distance code of the contracted operator); 2) Free national roaming; 3) Subscription and Management System via Web or Online APP included in the subscription; 4) UNLIMITED SMS use for any operators in Brazil; 5) Unlimited data package with minimum 20GB of Internet, with reduced speed if the allowance is reached; 6) Unlimited WhatsApp without deducting the franchise for the use of messages, calls, photos and videos; and other services that are in this Terms of Reference; Supply of smartphone on loan, according to technical specifications contained in item 10 of this Terms of Reference.
