HIRING A COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN SUPPLYING "CHRISTMAS BASIC BASKET KIT". THE ACQUISITION IS JUSTIFIED BY THE NEED TO SERVE FAMILIES IN SITUATIONS OF SOCIAL VULNERABILITY AND FOOD INSECURITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF KITS IS TO GUARANTEE THE RIGHT TO FOOD ADEQUATE, PROVIDED FOR IN THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION AND IN THE SOCIAL ASSISTANCE POLICY GUIDELINES. ACCORDING TO DESCRIPTIONS, QUANTITATIVES AND OTHER CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE TERMS OF REFERENCE, AND DELIVERY MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEMAND OF THE SECRETARIAT WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 48 H AFTER THE ORDER IS ISSUED OF SUPPLY, DELAY AND INSTALLMENT PAYMENT.
