4.1. The image and video bank must have, at least: 4.1.1. Search engine with search filter for separation between photographic images, vector images and videos; 4.1.2. Search refinement filter working properly and capable ofto identify, among others, the presence of people in the image, the orientation and/or proportions of the frame and the distinction between color and grayscale images; 4.1.3. Search for files through their identifier code; 4.1.4. Correct download of images and videos in their various sizes and resavailable solutions, also considering the minimum resolution required in the public notice; 4.1.5. Similar image and video recommendation engine; 4.1.6. Use of keywords for content organization; 4.1.7. Accessible record of the balance of downloads performed and remaining. OTHER SPECIFICATIONS, IN CCOMPLIANCE WITH ANNEX I (TERM OF REFERENCE) OF THE NOTICE NOTE: PARTICIPATION IN THE ADOBE SYSTEM IS PROHIBITED, SINCE THE BIDDING IS EXCLUSIVE TO ME/EPP AND ADOBE DOES NOT PROVIDE GOVERNMENT LICENSE FOR COMPANIES OF THIS LARGE.
