Object: Electronic Auction - Hiring a company specialized in subscribing to image, video and audio bank services, through Internet access, with the right to download and license institutional use, without charging additional royalties (royalty free), according to conditions and requirements established in the notice and annexes

The object comprises access via the Internet to a collection of images, illustrations, vectors, videos and audios, with the right to download and license institutional use, without charging additional royalties (royalty free), for application in graphic and digital materials produced by the contracting body Minimum requirements: Collection: access to an image bank with a significant quantity, containing, at least, 15 (fifteen) million images (photos, illustrations, vectors) and a diverse collection of videos and audios, periodically updated. Monthly downloads: provision of at least 750 monthly downloads in the case of images; and, for videos and audios, at least 25 monthly downloads each, in compliance with the estimated needs of the agency. Licensing: absence of additional costs or special fees for the use of images, videos and audios within the scope of the contract.
