hiring a specialized company for the provision of monitoring and guidance services in the execution of actions intended for the effective compliance with the management, aiming at support to the Itaocara City Council in the preparation of the budget proposal, in the preparation of reports ofBudget Execution - Rreo and Fiscal Management RGF of Complementary Law No. 101/00, assistance and guidance on importing SIGFIS information, aid in the elaboration of Siconfi, aid in the preparation of the accounting matrix for consolidation in the municipality, in compliance with deliberations 277/17 ofCourt of Auditors of the State of Rio de Janeiro, preparation and closing of the annual balance, conference of the annexes of Law No. 4,320/64, as well as the guidance of municipal servants related to the areas responsible for the execution of the accounting procedures of the Itaocara City Council, as it saysrespect for guidelines and rules defined by MCASP Accounting Manual applied to the public sector of STN National Treasury Secretariat and the new Brazilian Accounting Standards NBCT 16 of the CFC Federal Accounting Council.
