LABORATORY SERVICES FOR MAKING REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTAL PROSTHESIS. Collection of study plaster models; Planning and design for creating niches; Production of working models in special plaster (type IV), based on the impressions made by the dental surgeon; Manufacture of a metal frame in Cobalt-Chrome alloy (CoCr), and wax rollers for occlusal registration; Mounting of teeth in wax and sculpting of denture bases; Inclusion in a muffle furnace and polymerization of the bases (acrylization), including ajocclusal adjustments, finishing and polishing of prostheses. It is the company's responsibility for transportation, with regard to the collection and delivery of the service stages at the Prosthesis Reference units in the city of Marilia.

Collection of study plaster models; Manufacture of an individual tray, in acrylic resin, from the plaster model obtained from the anatomical impression; Preparation of test base and wax plan; Assembling teeth and sculpting denture bases; Inclusion in muffle and polymerization of bases(acrylation), including occlusal adjustments, finishing and polishing of prostheses. Relining and characterization of the prosthesis must be carried out, if necessary.
