Hiring a company specialized in providing supply, administration, control and management of fuel (alcohol hydrated, gasoline and diesel oilS10) and Arla 32, by means of a computerized and integrated system, via the use of electronic cards (magnetic or smartcards), license plates recognition system or tags, via the internet, in real time, specialized and accredited network, with a view to meeting the needof supply of vehicles and small generators owned by the TRT of the 4th Region, according to conditions and requirements established in Annex I - Term of Reference, and its annexes. Note: The minimum discount percentage admitted by this Court will be 2.9% (two comma nine percent),with 0% (zero percent) administration rate.
