Hiring a company specialized in providing Preventive (ANNUAL) and Corrective (WHERE NECESSARY) Maintenance services with software supply; supply and replacement of parts already included in the price of the service up to a limit of 15% of the valuer bid for item 01, of laboratory equipment at LACEN/TO and LSPA-Araguaina, for a period of 12 months, extendable for equal and successive periods up to the limit of 60 (sixty) months as established in item II, article 57 of the Law 8,666/93. Note: For parts replacement, CONTREATED PARTY shall provide at least 03 (three) budgets, within a maximum period of 07 (seven) days from the identification of the need for replacement, for analysis and approval by the CONTRACTED PARTY, if the budget is approved, the CONTRACTED PARTY will be able to supply the part and carry out your installation. In case of no apapproval of the budget presented by the CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTING PARTY will carry out a new market price survey and formalize the purchase directly. In case of delay in receiving a response from the suppliers, the CONTRACTOR shall send its request by e-mail, proving the date of submission that must be sent.must have occurred in the period
