HIRING SPECIALIZED COMPANY THAT OFFERS AN INTEGRATED PEST CONTROL SOLUTION, INCLUDING INSETIZATION AND Pest control TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE PROPERTY ON THE IFSC LAGES CAMPUS. THE CONSTRUCTED AREA COMPRISES 7,782 M2. DISINSETIZATION: CORRECTIVE ACTION SERVICE WILL BE EVERY 4 MONTHS. THE PREVENTIVE ACTION SERVICE INCLUDES MONTHLY VISIT, AS PROVIDED BY RDC 622/2022 - ANVISA. THE COMPANY WILL PROVIDE A 4-MONTH WARRANTY TERM FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED. IF, DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE PREVENTIVE ACTION, THE NEED FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION IS FOUND, THE ACTION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY THE CONTRACTOR WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS TO IFSC, RESPECTING THE SERVICES WARRANTY.
