Hiring a company specialized in providing Independent Audit services for: - Examination of Financial Statements and their respective Explanatory Notes for the years 2026/2030. - Audit of the quarterly Financial Statements relevant to the audited period. - Assessment and Digital Bookkeeping of Social Security and Labor Tax Obligations e-Social, evaluation of EFD Contributions Digital Tax Bookkeeping, evaluation of Digital Tax Bookkeeping of Withholdings and Other Tax Information EFD-REINF, evaluation of ECF Tax Accounting Bookkeeping, evaluation of ECD Digital Accounting Bookkeeping and other ancillary obligations with the mandatory federal, district, state and municipal tax authorities relevant to the audited period. - Adaptation to the new consumption taxation model, focusing on replacing PIS, COFINS and ISS taxes with new taxes. - Verification of the correct application of the transition rules, according to the schedule established by LC 214/2025. - Assessment of internal controls, in accordance with NBC TA 265.
