Hiring a specialized company in the provision of services provision of FURNITURE AND BUFFET UTENSILS RENTAL service, on demand, for holding official events, aiming to meet the needs of the Ceremonial and International Relations, subject to the requirements, specifications and conditions established in the Term of Reference, in the Notice and its Annexes. *Explanatory Note: a) The additional cost will be applied in cases of breakages, damage, loss or absence of parts, found during or after the event, when responsibility is attributed to the Public Administration or third parties under its responsibility. b) This cost is limited to a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the total value of the contract, observing the principle of economic-financial balance, as provided for in Federal Law No. 14,133/2021. After the Bidding phase, the best-ranked bidder must submit the proposal with the values broken down for each item (unit and total), according to the Terms of Reference and Price Proposal model.
