Tenders are invited Hiring a company specialized in hiring an advertising agency to provide advertising and marketing services to be carried out in the form of indirect execution, by Technique and Price, according to conditions, quantities, requirements and specifications detailed in the Notice, Terms of Reference and their other integral annexes, comprising: a) study, planning, creation, production, distribution, dissemination and control of results of advertising and publicity campaigns and pieces; b) development and/or management of research to evaluate advertising action and advertising campaigns broadcast. c) preparation and registration of brands, advertising expressions, logos and other elements of identification and fixation of visual programming; d) provision of related services, whether directly or through third parties, such as: production of photoliths and digital files that can be used on our social networks, printing, production of photos, films and VT's, video documentation or photos of activities related to the Municipality of Marialva, distribution of material and measurement of content of articles broadcast in the media (radio and TV clipping, news agencies, newspapers and magazines). e) Personal assistance by an agency representative, at least once a month, to provide an account of the work carried out and the planning for the following month.
