Hiring a company specialized in fuel supply management services in a network of accredited stations through a computerized system, using a magnetic card or smart electronic card with chip, devicemeasuring in liters, quality control and fuel distribution through a device integrated into the melosas pump with functionality to release the fuel flow after identifying the vehicle and operator through a sensor in the pump nozzle and informing the vehicle's odometer/hour meterwhich is being supplied, with a view to meeting the need for vehicles and machinery belonging to the official fleet of the State Department of Highways and Transport - DER/RO, for a period of 12 (twelve) months, which can be extended for up to 60 (sixty) months. Note: For thisand item the supply unit is (ADMINISTRATION FEE), according to the complete description of Item 3, annex I - TERMS OF REFERENCE and annex II - SAMS. Lower administration fee to be charged to the accredited network, limited to a maximum percentage of 5% (five percent).
