The purpose of the contract is the provision of specialized services in cultural, design and visual communication projects (museography/expography), aiming to reformulate and update the Fundacao Casa de Rui Barbosa exhibition for its centenary. The scope includes the execution of one diverse set of activities aimed at modernizing and increasing the accessibility of the collection. In detail, the services include the manufacture of furniture and self-supporting supports in veneered joinery, the creation of room sheets in different languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish), and the full production of accessibility resources, such as recording audio descriptions and videos in Libras relating to the Museum's environments. Additionally, the contract covers the editing, review and translation of texts, as well as graphic printing on PVC and the production of metal caption plaques. All work must be carried out in accordance with the Technical Notebook and the Executive Project.
