Maintenance Service in Air Conditioner Equipment or Water Preparation and Implementation of the Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan - PMOC, with the following specification: Preparation and Implementation Service of the Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan Implementation Service PMOC, for the climatization system of the places of the single lot. This plan must contain the identification of the establishment, the description of the activities to be performed, according to NBR 13.971/97, of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards ABNT and Ordinance 3523 of 08/28/1998 of the Ministry of Health and Resolution 176/2000 updated by ANVISA Resolution 09/2003. This plan should be presented within 30 (thirty) days after the publication of the statement of the contract entered into in the State Official Gazette - DOE.
