1 - Preventive and corrective maintenance of the ratchets (including the mechanical and electrical part), access readers in both the ratchets (with or without a safe), and the doors and cancels of the whole medical school and the W- access control software Access. The service includes a monthly visit for preventive maintenance and unlimited visits for corrective maintenance, and the latter should be in the maximum period of 24 hours from the contractor's request all and any inputs or tools used in preventive maintenance will have its cost already included in the pre-defined monthly value for the implementation of the contracted services and should be provided by the contractor undertakings.
