Maintenance / Building Reform. Hiring a company to provide building maintenance services for movable and immovable property belonging to the Joinville Judicial Subsection. Building maintenance comprises preventive and corrective maintenance for movable and immovable property, according to NBR5674/2012, involving the following main objects: periodic and corrective preventive maintenance in low voltage electrical infrastructure, semiannual cleaning of water reservoirs, preventive and corrective maintenance in the logical network, hydraulic/sanitary systems, masonry services, servicesof painting, carpentry services, fire preventive (emergency lighting/signaling, smoke detectors and mini alarm center), and general services. Other specifications according to the term of reference, Annex I of the Notice.
