Purpose: Electronic Auction - Hiring of air transport services (time/flight) to subsidize the logistics of actions and activities of the Envira and Vale do Javari Ethno-environmental Protection Front Coordinations, and the Alto Purus/AC Regional Coordinations and the Vale do Vale Regional Coordination Javari/AM.

Air Transport Service (time/ flight) in a rotary-wing aircraft (HELICOPTER) with a minimum capacity of 01 (one) crew member (pilot) and 05 (five) passengers or492584800e8c8d91eb93b064ebe674ebu minimum load capacity of 500 kg, minimum autonomy of up to 3:30 hs (three hours and thirty minutes), with fuel and all other costs related to this activity. Homologation in the TPX category, for passenger transport, emergency removals, common cargo transportand dangerous. Ski-type landing gear, cargo hook and maximum takeoff weight of up to 2,250 (two thousand two hundred and fifty) kg. Equipped with first aid bag, jungle survival, navigation equipment according to RBAC 135, GPS installed on the panel certified by ANAC and/or modelportable for specific use, with availability/takeoff from an airport or runway approved by ANAC in the municipalities of Rio Branco/AC and Cruzeiro do Sul/AC, without additional cost for computing flight time.
