Assignment Description SELECTION FOR CONSULTANTS BY THE WORLD BANK GROUP REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Electronic Submissions through World Bank Group eConsultant2 https://wbgeconsult2.worldbank.org/wbgec/index.html ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1277324 - Healthcare and Engineering/Architecture Consultant - BR Primary Healthcare Program Assignment Countries: - Brazil ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION PSPInfra intends to finance the hiring of a healthcare and engineering/architecture consultant to advise IFC and BNDES in the structuring of a PPP Program aiming at the construction, retrofit, adaptation, equipping, operation and maintenance of a set of Municipal Health Units in 3-5 Brazilian municipalities. The Program shall include non-clinical services but may be extended to core clinical services, depending upon scope definition with the municipalities. The services to be performed by Consultant will be split into two stages: i) Diagnosis and structuring (diagnosis of the current technical-operational status, elaboration of technical specifications, preliminary engineering and architecture requirements, financial model, forecast and analysis of demand, propose service levels/KPIs, among others); and ii) Preparation for the RfP. Throughout the two stages of performance of the consultant services, Consultant shall be responsible for the Project Management Office activities (PMO).
