Financial support, to fully serve people with intellectual and multiple disabilities, promoting rehabilitation, social inclusion and strengthening of family and community bonds, aiming at health, physical, mental, intellectual or sensory. Rehabilitation attendance is intended for People with disabilities who have already received support from the education and social assistance services at APAE, ie enrolled in the institution and is performed by a multiprofessional health team and other professionals who assist in maintaining services, such as driver, general services, etc. In addition Of this, the proposal aims to execute the Aurora Project, returning to the diagnostic evaluation, to users who have delays of development or other inconvenience, sent via municipal sisreg, and have no diagnosis and/or no specialized care. The project aims to welcome, evaluate and refer to other network services, reducing the queue and the waiting time
