Harvesting and drying coffeeMUZAMBINHO - MG - Provision of supply service of a automotive coffee harvesting for coffee harvesting. During the harvesting process, the coffee should be stored in the machine's own reservoir and cubicated to quantify the volume collected. The harvest order will be determined byemployee responsible for conducting the institution's crop. It is up to the CONTRACTING PARTY to determine which plots will be harvested, as well as gauge coffee before being transported to the drying yard. The harvest should be made from Monday to Friday on working days (from 7:00 to 18:00).The whole process will be the responsibility of the contracted company. NOTE: Transport will be without burden on campus. Will be the responsibility of the contracted company: washing, peeling, discouraging and dryingThe coffee harvested, standardizing them in lots of beating, green and cherry peeled and discouraged. Drying the processed and separate coffee lots will be dry so that they do not lose the quality of the fruits brought from crop until they reach the ideal humidity of 11% dryingccb25dd379407458d1bf3bd9c3c3eda6humidity in the grains. Post harvest and drying processing will be per unit of processed measures.
