Tender are Invited for Establish partnership between the FEDERAL SENATE and the National Council of Justice - CNJ, together with the Chamber of Deputies - CD; the National Council of the Public Ministry - CNMP; the Federal Court of Accounts - TCU; the Ministry of Citizenship - MC; the Ministry of Education - MEC; the Ministry of Health - MS; the Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights - MDH; the Comptroller General of the Union - CGU; the Ministry of Justice and Public Security - MJSP; the Brazilian Bar Association - OAB and the National College of General Public Defenders - CONDEGE - with a view to establishing the "National Pact for Early Childhood", through technical and operational cooperation, with a view to improving the infrastructure necessary to protect the interests of the child, the prevention of administrative impropriety by public servants and other actors in the early childhood protection network who have the duty to apply the legislation aimed at guaranteeing the diffuse and collective rights provided for in Art. 227, of the Federal Constitution, in the Child and Adolescent Statute and in the Early Childhood Legal Framework
