Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for E&S Consultant for SP Metro Description IFC is seeking a E&S Consultant to work on the advisory of key E&S issues related to a rail project pertaining to a subnational entity in Brazil. This consultant will build upon a Phase 0 E&S assessment to be performed as part of another contract, already developed by another Consultant. This assessment for Phases 1&2 will identify key E&S flags and bottlenecks to be later worked during structuring phase. This E&S consultant shall work on: - E&S assessment of the railway system according with the IFC Performance Standards and local E&S framework - Generate E&S Capex/Opex estimations - Prepare technical annexes of the PPP agreement Following this invitation for EOI, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding. Only those firms which have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in the RFP phase. No notification or debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted.
