Hiring specialized consultancy for the execution of a Personnel Management Plan in the Federal Court of Ceara, including the implementation of a performance management system, talent bank creation, leadership development and proper sizing of teams,ensuring the appreciation of servers and the strategic alignment of people management actions. Predicted Activities: To elaborate detailed work plan, including the methodology, activities and schedule of the consultancy, covering all stages of the contracted products, focusing on constructionand proposal for methodologies, flows and processes. Upcoming UNDP and JFCE teams in institutional articulation meetings related to each product, ensuring the integration and adequacy of deliveries with JFCE's reality. Realize necessary reviews of JFCE and service inputs and normatives and serviceJudiciary related to products, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the institution's guidelines and policies. Pressing strategic advice to JFCE and UNDP focusing on strengthening the strategic management of people and the implementation of personalized solutions for thosechallenges of the institution.
