- This term of reference aims to hire a specialized consultancy to support the team of the Ministry of Finance and the National Bioeconomic Commission (CNBio) in defining the economic, social and environmental impacts and contributions of bioeconomics by 2035. To achieve thisObjective, the consultancy should: develop technical analysis on the potential contributions of the National Bioeconomic Plan to the Ecological Transformation Plan, to the Sustainable Development Objectives (SDGs), as well as for the main milestones and commitments made by Brazilrelated to bioeconomics (such as the Paris Agreement and the Convention on Biological Diversity - CDB, among others); Produce study of the expected impacts and contributions of bioeconomics until 2035, considering the economic, social and dimensions andenvironmental.
