Implementation and continuous provision of Integrated Voice Technology Communication Services on IP - VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), with the availability of IP telephone lines (at least 250 simultaneous extensions(Trunks)), with technical feasibility for DDR (at least 350 IP extensions), via Virtual Pabx Central (cloud), with or without existing number, with an unlimited -and -national package and international calls and international calls totaling up to 48 hours for 24 months, both forFixed phones as mobile, with the supply of up to 350 (three hundred and fifty) IPS telephone appliances with source, along with the free supply of softphone (Dektop and Mobile) for each physical extension contracted, according to the demand, and service availability, and service availabilityAutomatic telephone calls (URA - audible response unit), with their installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of telephone solution, knowledge transfer, and availability of solution management software via web interface, using as unit ofmeasure the terminal/extension installed.
