The arbitration team must be aware of the competition regulation. Matches cannot be started without the presence of the expected amount of referees.of arbitration should be uniform in advance of 20 (twenty) minutes of the beginning of each period at the competition site. Arbitration Time: Children and Youth Categories: The games will be played in 4 (four) rooms of 8 (eight) minutes each, with the time timed.The intervals will be 5 (five) minutes between the 2nd and 3rd rooms.
