Object: Electronic Auction - Contracting of the public service for the removal and storage of vehicles seized or removed in the municipality, due to violation of traffic legislation or non-compliance with clauses set out in municipal public transport regulations or due to other impediments on public roads in the Municipality of Belo Horizonte, including the Ring Road, in accordance with Appendix I Basic Project and in accordance with the conditions and requirements established in this instrument.
