• Object: Electronic Auction - Contracting of dedicated road transport services for cargo in the national territory, under a hybrid model consisting of closed trips to scheduled events and technical reserve remunerated per kilometer driven and daily immobilization, through the Price Registration System (SRP), in accordance with the conditions, technical specifications and requirements established in this Notice and its annexes. UASG code: 457319 Notice from: 04/17/2026 from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:59 Hs Proposal Delivery: from 04/17/2026 at 08:00 22nd Crafts Fair (São Paulo/SP): Dedicated cargo transportation across the country (round trip), 4 days of event. Loading location: Cultural Promotion Sector, Convention Center Ulysses Guimarães, Brasília/DF. Requirements: Including all expenses, including full insurance (theft, theft, breakdowns), with a stump truck (semi-heavy) with a closed body (trunk) at least 6 meters long; payload of approx. 6 tons; PBT of approx. 16 tons; licensed driver (´D´ or ´E´); single cabin; folding sides; and diesel fuel. Vehicles must contain DENATRAN equipment/signage. The overall cost of the trip includes driver, rental, fuel and tolls. Imperative: The truck will be immobilized and available throughout the event period to be used as a deposit, with free access to artisans.
