Supply and software implementation is considered to supply and implement the software all labor, material and logistics necessary for the effective installation and availability for the use of integrated social security regime management software in the computer network defined by Caapsml. 2.1.1. The process of implementation of the system by the CONTRACTOR shall observe the maximum period established in item 12.1 and contain at least the following activities: a) project opening meeting; b) Preparation, by the contractor, and approval by the contractor, the work plan, covering all the actions that make up the project and its execution, also containing the work schedule, indicating all activities, dates and deadlines, related to the implementation process, as well as risks and the responsibilities of the parts at each stage; c) installation of the software necessary for System implementation; d) configuration, customization and parameterization of the installed system, in accordance with rules and rules of the Municipality; e) Import of data/migration/conversion of all Caapsml social security data to the new system; f) Training
