Object: Electronic Auction - Contracting of Common Engineering Service for Roof Reform of the City Hall of Sertaozinho (SP), including the supply of all inputs (materials and equipment) necessary for the execution of the object, according to conditions and requirements established in the Notice and its attachments.

gutter of the Greater cutting plate roofs, sufficient to capture and drain all rainwater on the roof, with provisional removal of adjacent tiles; Sealing of the frames and ruffles, in the masonry meetings, with cleaning of the substrate, which must be exempt from grease, and fixation of the tapeccb25dd379407458d1bf3bd9c3c3eda6 waterproof; Tile exchange, considering its life cycle, including seals; waterproofing of the slabs, with cleaning for correct concrete fixation (the vertical conductor must be talistored and installed) waterproofing with liquid blanket to prevent infiltration; mass application acrylic on the cement plaque walls, for sealing of amendments, with at least 03 (three) coats, installation of new ribbons on amendments and 'couture' with bolts for fixing tiles and repairs in cracks; adequacy and maintenance of the rain drainage system, through PVC collecting tube to capture waters from the indicated coverage, direction of rainwater to conductors (150mm); Rubberized painting and general cleaning of the work.
