- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Software Development - Tracking and Monitoring System for Passenger Transport Fleets in Quito (Ecuador), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), and Santa Cruz (Bolivia). The World Bank Group needs a Tracking and Monitoring Software Platform for Passenger Transport Fleets to help governments better control and track the performance of the conventional public busses in the cities of Quito, Santa Cruz, and Rio de Janeiro. The software should assist the government, the transport operators, and the users monitor the public transport service. For this reason, a set of software modules should be developed to process the existing GPS, or AVL data, already provided to these cities by thousands of city buses.
