Dear bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Strengthen and consolidate the Trade Union Excellence Program of the Confederação Nacional da Indústria (CNI), by updating its methodological approach, expanding its technical content and developing practical tools, as well as implementing a new training cohort that allows validate and scale the program as a strategic institutional service for business representation in collective bargaining and social dialogue.Activities:1. Review and update the program's methodological approach based on learning from the first cohort. 2. Update and expand the training content in collective bargaining and social dialogue. 3. Develop technical materials and practical tools for business representatives. 4. Incorporate innovative approaches, including use of artificial intelligence in negotiation contexts. 5. Design and implement a new training cohort for employer representatives. 6. Systematize learning, results and good practices of the program. 7. Formulate recommendations for the consolidation and scaling of the program within the CNI.
