- Expression of Interest are invited for Communications Consultant - BR Primary Healthcare Program. ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION PSPInfra intends to finance the hiring of a healthcare and engineering/architecture consultant to advise IFC and BNDES in the structuring of a PPP Program aiming at the construction, retrofit, adaptation, equipping, operation and maintenance of a set of Municipal Health Units with interventions to be carried out in 3-5 Brazilian municipalities. The main objective of this assignment shall be to support the implementation of the Project by providing a comprehensive communications strategy and implementation plan, which will allow IFC/BNDES to take a proactive stance regarding how the general public and relevant stakeholders perceive the Project and to garner and/or keep support for the Project from opponents and supporters as well as defend the transaction(s) from detractors. Moreover, the assignment includes communications support for market sounding and road show activities. INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE The consultant will be a firm. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
