Brazil Public Lighting Consultant Assignment Description Selection for Consultants by the World Bank Group IFC has been mandated by government-client in Brazil to provide transaction advice on the development and implementation of PPP to improve the delivery of Public Lighting for three Municipalities. The main objectives of the consultancy are (i) Project Management Office: supporting IFC and the Client; (ii) Technical Public Lighting: Due Diligence, Engineering and Technology, Functional, O&M; (iii) Artistic and Special Areas Lighting on selected sites; (iv) Economic-Financial Feasibility: Financial Modeling, Guarantee Structure, Economic-financial analysis, VfM and Affordability; (v) Legal: initial regulatory, institutional due diligence and legal decision-making and Draft of bidding documents; (vi) Communication: stakeholders monitoring, integrated communications plan, international and local press releases, branding, visual identity, marketing materials and media monitoring; (vii) Environmental and Social: E&S Due Diligences, Gap Analysis with local legislation, Risk and Mitigation.
