Tenders are invited for Advisory for Diagnostic of IT Systems for A Water Utility Company in Brazil. The Brazilian water utility, IFC's client started to invest in developing its IT area to closely monitor the water supply and distribution by setting up a state-of-the-art monitoring and control room. This effort in developing its IT needs to be integrated into a broader information management system where financial planning and assessment are closely monitored through operational results. The goal of this advisory is to optimize working across these functions/systems and improve efficiency, service and customer satisfaction. The advisory work will provide a diagnostic of current systems and will also consider options for an information management system that will allow for further innovation and development of processes.
